SMS Refund Program
You may have requested a billing summary that reflects your Premium SMS charges during the relevant time period. The billing summary can assist you in completing a claim form. You did not need to request a billing summary in order to complete or submit your claim form.
Upon receiving your request, the Refund Administrator verified whether you are authorized to view the billing summary. If the Refund Administrator verified that you are authorized to view the billing summary, you are able to access your billing summary by selecting the “View your Billing Summary” link below.
Please note that if you have not incurred any Premium SMS charges since July 2010, you are ineligible for reimbursement under the Refund Program and the Refund Administrator will not be able to provide you with a billing summary.
